Our Mission:
K9 Control is providing their State-of-the-art training systems
and methods in order to spread greater communication and understanding
between people and their beloved pets. These systems are designed
to relieve stress and frustration for both the dog and owner, promoting
an enhanced relationship geared toward creating that ideal picture
of teamwork and companionship that we all dream of when acquiring
a new dog.
About our Founder:
Our Founder is an internationally acclaimed teacher, author, trainer,
breeder and competitor he has been training dogs for over 35 years.
In this time he has been responsible for the training of thousands
of pets, police dogs and top competition/performance dogs in obedience/agility/protection
and scent work. His study of K-9 psychology and applied theory and
methods have taken him around the world in search of the latest
cutting edge techniques. K9 Control has built a reputation as one
of the world's true innovators in the K-9 training/breeding industry.
Our Trainers:
All of our trainers have completed a lengthy and intensive instruction
certification program under the direct guidance of K9 Control’s
master trainers. These trainers are rigorously trained and tested
and some are proven competitors in local and national competition.
All of our trainers have extensive hands-on experience in the pet
training industry. Our trainers undergo continuous education in
order to stay abreast of the latest cutting-edge techniques and
progressions in the field.

PSA level 1 national event. We are proud to say Curtis was “rescued”
from a local animal shelter.
K9 Control’s “Tiger” (PSA) Protection Sport Association
level 1 first place winner (with distinction) April 2000 Ocean City
Maryland.
K9 Control’s “Scratch” two times 1st place PSA
(Protection Sport Association) level 1 and Certified Narcotic Detection
Dog. Scratch has been recently featured in World renowned Detection
Dog Trainer Randy Hare's newest DVD "On Target" Training
Substance Detection Dogs.
